Mitchell & Ness Vince Carter Toronto Raptors Throwback Authentic Authentic Jersey-Purple Toronto Raptors jerseys F795756
Vince Carter, a McDonald’s All-American from high school, played three seasons at the University of North Carolina. After reaching the Final Four of NCAA Tournament twice, Vince Carter was selected by the Golden State Warriors as the fifth overall selection in 1998 NBA Draft. He was then traded to the Toronto Raptors. In 1999, he was named NBA Rookie of the Year. The Slam Dunk Contest took place at the 2000 NBA All-Star Game. In the Summer Olympics that summer, he won the gold medal for the United States. As a player, he quickly became a major league star. His jumping ability and his slamdunks earned him nicknames such “Vinsanity,” Air Canada and “Half Man and Half-Amazing”. Carter was an eight-time NBA All-Star and he joined NBA stars Julius Erving, Michael Jordan, as the only player to win the NBA All-Star Game fan vote three or more. Carter was the 37th player to reach this milestone in league history. The Mitchell & Ness throwback jersey celebrates the legacy of one of the best players in the league. The jersey has Carter’s name on the front, and 15th on the back. This will let everyone know that you’re a Raptors lover for life.
